Return Policy 

At Live LP5, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below to understand the process.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Unused Products: Products must be in their original, unopened condition to be eligible for a return. We cannot accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we will not be able to accept returns or issue a refund.
  • Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. Please have your order number or receipt available when initiating a return.

How to Initiate a Return

Damaged or Defective Products

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
