Step 1: Whip instant coffee. Fluffy whipped coffee is made by whisking together instant coffee, collagen, sugar, and hot water.

The best tool to whip Dalgona coffee ingredients together is a handheld milk frother. In less than a minute of whisking, the dark brown instant coffee turns into a gold, toffee color as it fluffs up.

Step 2: Top milk and ice with whipped coffee.Milk and ice are the base of the drink. You can use any milk you like. Milk and ice go into a cup, leaving room for the whipped coffee. Spoon the light and fluffy Dalgona coffee on top.
